San Francisco Convent and Catacombs Museum: After finishing our exploration of Unión street, we will take you through Ucayali and Lampa streets to enjoy all the history of the city of Lima and learn about its people and life. We will continue with the visit of one of the most impressive attractions in the city of Lima, the Monastery of San Francisco and its fascinating internal CATACOMBS! Where we will learn about the culture and traditions of the inhabitants of the city of Lima during the colonial era of the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. We believe this is one of the attractions that will make your tour and visit memorable!

Presidential Palace (Government Palace): We will have a panoramic view of one of the most important houses in the entire country accompanied by a good and rich explanation. Our president lives and works here! Also, this is where the changing of the guard takes place every day! Let’s enjoy great architecture and a place full of history!

Bar Restaurant Cordano: It is considered the oldest official bar (or the first) in Peru, located next to the presidential palace, famous because many former presidents and writers came here, including Ernest Hemingway. This nice bar is not fancy with all the furnishings, but it has a lot of personality and character. Locals love their traditional cuisine like: Aji de gallina (creamy chicken), fresh ceviches, lengua stew, tasty anticuchos and the best pisco sour! We’ll have a quick visit.

Cathedral of Lima: The most important religious power during the colonial era was in the city of Lima and was presided over by this imposing cathedral. According to Catholic rules, any other church must be built higher than its towers. The front is impressive, the art and architecture that surrounds it is also impressive. There the main and oldest religious ceremonies are celebrated. The locals love to get married there. We will have the best panoramic view of the Cathedral for the best photos!

Pasaje Santa Rosa: Charming street where the locals go to enjoy their day, you usually find temporary exhibitions there, a comfortable environment with an always fresh breeze in the air. This place hides the MOST IMPORTANT sacred rock for the natives that are still alive, this sacred place is still used to make offerings and payments to the gods like mother earth and the natives of Peru came here to do different types of rituals including dances for keep their culture and energy alive. Good holy place to go and learn!

Santo Domingo Convent: This convent is considered the oldest in South America which during the 17th century had the tallest tower in the entire continent, it still functions as a convent today and has an impressive façade and a glittering front altar inside, you will visit this place from outside especially because we will take the car to return to your accommodation (Puerto del Callao or airport) here, if the church of this convent is open, you can have a quick look inside.

Plaza de Armas (Plaza Mayor): The Plaza de Armas is another HIGHLIGHT! It has the influence of Spain in the architecture (because before we were a colony), it is also surrounded by the first palaces, mansions, palaces and castles built in South America and a beautiful main garden. Remember that before taking you to this place we will take a walk through Ancash street to visit and appreciate the beautiful art of the locals, indigenous carvings and textiles, you will have the opportunity to buy a souvenir of your visit to Lima!
