In Aguas Calientes, you will find a place to have lunch and then you will board the train to Ollantaytambo. From there, you will travel to Cusco on our private transportation. We will leave you at the door of your accommodation in Cusco at approximately 18:10 PM.

How to book the 13-day tour of the Peruvian South with FLY CUSCO PERU?
To book the 13-day tour with us, we will need a deposit of $700 per person. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a confirmation of your trip and the reservation form to complete. Here you have all the information that has to be filled in the form.
How long in advance should I make my reservation?
We recommend that you do this many months in advance. You must make the reservation at least 30 days in advance. Since the spaces in Machu Picchu are quickly exhausted. This will depend on booking the best hotels on this tour, hotels are always guaranteed when they are available. With much time in advance we guarantee the hotels that we know are better in terms of quality of service, style, infrastructure and details in the interiors of each room.
Do I have to make a deposit to guarantee my reservation?
Yes, no reservation will be guaranteed unless you have made a deposit payment of 700 per person through our 2 payment methods mentioned in our Book Now form. Important: None of the requested deposits include transaction fees.
What about the outstanding balance?
The outstanding balance can be given in cash after settling in your hotel in Lima, it can be in dollars or soles, and if you prefer to use PayPal or payment link (a service fee of 6% applies). Also, you can pay us only by Visa credit card at our payment machine (POS). (a 5% service fee applies). Let us know which of the payment methods is your preference.
NOTE: Payment must be made the day of your arrival in Lima.
The tour must be paid in full no later than 7:00 pm on the day of your arrival (usually after the briefing).
What is the best time to do the excursion?
Peru is a very large country with many different climates, for that reason it would be very difficult to define a good time to visit different places. However, we consider that the best season is from April to December. From January to May is the rainy season in Cusco in the rest of the country it is sunny – summer.
Where will the information session take place?
Our representative will meet you at the airport in Lima – Peru, while we take you to your hotel we will give you an overview of what you can expect on this 13-day tour. Or if you prefer, in the hotel lobby once you have checked in and are comfortable.
What do I have to bring?
What to bring: original passport, well-charged cameras, sunglasses, comfortable clothes and shoes, hat, sunscreen, repellent, extra power battery, jacket, small backpack with enough clothes for daily changes. It is your choice.
Can I store my luggage when I travel to Machu Picchu? ?
Of course! During the trip to Machu Picchu, you can leave or store the things that you will not take to Machu Picchu in the hotel where you are staying. Most of these establishments have warehouses where they will store your things (at no extra cost). This day take a small backpack or suitcase with enough clothes to spend the night in Aguas Calientes.
