Welcome to FLY CUSCO PERU Travel Agency. These terms and conditions govern the use of our services. By booking a tour or using our services, you fully accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
- 💳Booking Process:
Reservations must be completed with the required information.
- 💳Required Information:
Accurate information is required for some tours and complete details for others, including full name, nationality, passport number, date of birth, and contact details.
- 💵Payments:
A full payment or a deposit (usually 50%) is required to confirm your reservation. The balance must be paid before the tour start date. Accepted payment options include credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
- ⚪Free Cancellation:
To receive a full refund for the experience, you must cancel the tour at least 24 hours before it begins. If you cancel the experience less than 24 hours before it starts, the amount paid will not be refunded. No changes will be accepted less than 24 hours before the experience begins. The deadline is based on the local time of the experience location.
- 🟢Flexible Cancellation:
To receive an 80% refund of the experience, you must cancel at least 24 hours before it begins. If you cancel less than 24 hours before it starts, the amount paid will not be refunded. No changes will be accepted once the experience has been booked. The deadline is based on the local time of the experience location.
- 🟡Moderate Cancellation:
You can cancel the experience up to 07 days before the start date to receive a 50% refund. To get a 50% refund, you must cancel at least 07 full days before the experience starts. If you cancel less than 07 full days before it begins, the amount paid will not be refunded. No changes will be accepted once the experience has been booked. The deadline is based on the local time of the experience location.
- 🟠Strict Cancellation:
You can cancel the experience up to 20 days before the start date to receive a 50% refund. To get a 50% refund, you must cancel at least 20 full days before the experience starts. If you cancel less than 20 full days before it begins, the amount paid will not be refunded. No changes will be accepted once the experience has been booked. The deadline is based on the local time of the experience location.
- 🔴Non-Refundable Cancellation:
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or request a modification, the amount paid will not be refunded.
- ✅Important:
Each of our tours includes detailed information about the applicable cancellation policy, which you can review in the description of each experience.
- ✅Exceptions:
In case FLY CUSCO PERU cancels the tour due to force majeure, an 80% refund or the option to reschedule the tour will be offered.
- •Booking Changes:
Requests to modify reservations (dates, itineraries, number of people) must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Depending on the type of modification requested, additional charges may apply.
- •Cancellations of Additional Services:
Changes or cancellations of additional services (such as accommodations, trains, and entrance fees) are subject to the policies of the providers.
- 📜Documentation:
The customer is responsible for having all necessary travel documentation, including valid passports and any other documentation required by local authorities.
- 🛑Health and Safety:
It is the customer’s responsibility to be informed about the health and safety conditions of the destination and to follow health recommendations, including necessary vaccinations.
- 🔐Information Collection:
FLY CUSCO PERU collects personal information only for the purpose of processing reservations and improving the customer experience.
- 📉Data Usage:
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except to comply with legal and operational requirements.
- ✉️User Rights:
Customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal information at any time.
- •Passport Renewal:
Notify us as soon as possible and send us a photo of both the old and new passports. If you bring a new passport and this information is not updated, you may not be allowed entry to Machu Picchu and other locations if you have booked a tour with that information.
